~Local support is Bayon's strongest asset: 100% of the NGO's employees are Cambodian and most of them are coming from an underprivileged background. The waitresses of the coffee shop are former students.
~100% of the students of the pastry school get a job with a good salary and moved from their parent's hometown to become independent
~ Some of the children from Bayon's school are now in universities or got a good job, enabling them to send their own kids to private Cambodian school.
~Bayon also supports the families to develop local businesses. They provided sewing machine to sell pepper bags or tote bag at the coffee shop and provided some others with farming training and equipment to grow organic vegetables. Some of these vegetables are then bought by Bayon or sold at a market organised by the school.
